DELIVERY OF YOUR ONLINE ORDER
The online store is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and delivery is free anywhere in Canada for all orders of $75 or more (amount before taxes). For orders under $75, a $9.95 delivery charge applies.
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.
Once Canada Post has picked up your order in our space, another email will be sent to you to provide you with the Tracking Code which will allow you to check, at any time, the delivery status of your order as well as the estimated delivery date. .

INSTITUTE PICKUP SERVICE (one business day)
It is possible to go through the Institute to pick up an order that was submitted to us before noon (12:00 p.m. EST), starting at noon the next business day. An email confirming that your order is ready for pickup will be sent to you.

OUT OF STOCK AND MULTIPLE DELIVERIES
If a product ordered is out of stock, your order could be delivered in several packages so that you receive it as soon as possible. In such a case, you will not be charged any additional delivery costs.
If you wish to place an order by phone, please contact us during our business hours at 514 687-3886 or 1 855 687-3886. If you go directly to our voicemail, please leave a message and a Customer Service representative will contact you within 30 minutes or our next business day if the message is left outside our business hours.
Please have on hand:
1. Your credit card (VISA or MasterCard)
2. The name of the product(s) you wish to purchase. If you need advice on purchasing products, our Customer Service staff have extensive product knowledge and hands-on experience. The team will therefore be happy to advise you.
3. Information regarding the delivery address.
All telephone orders will be processed and secured by MONERIS. We do not keep any information about your credit card on file.
Estimated delivery times for phone orders are the same as those placed online.
You can also pick up any telephone order in store according to the instructions that will be sent to you by a member of our team.
"RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare, cosmetics, makeup and hair products that have been unboxed, opened and/or used. A return on the products listed above is accepted within 10 days of purchase if the product has not been opened or used, and if it is in its original condition and packaging. A return must always be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
To submit a return request, please write to us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization.
Very important: to prepare for your return, we strongly recommend that you pack the item carefully so that it is not damaged during transport. We also advise you to ship your return through a carrier with a traceability system.
*We will not accept returns of parcels for which delivery to destination (C.O.D) must be paid*.
Once we have received and inspected the item being returned, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. Please allow 14 business days for refund processing.
Any product, except those mentioned above, can be exchanged for another product or a credit within 14 days of your purchase. Please contact us by email, and we will tell you how to proceed. At all times, a return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but delivery charges for any product returns are non-refundable.
ALLERGIC REACTIONSIf you have an allergic reaction after using a product, please contact us as soon as possible, within a maximum of 48 hours following the reaction. Note that a medical certificate and (or) photos will be requested to justify any return or exchange.
