This section is the most important one on the page, and it deliberately comes before the treatments.
What the institute is incapable of. Establishing the cause of hair loss, naming it, prescribing anything at all. And growing a hair back, which no esthetic treatment on this page claims to do.
Where to go first. Loss that has settled in, that is fast, or that worries you belongs to a physician, ideally a dermatologist. Blood work often identifies a simple and correctable cause, and timing matters: what is still producing can be defended, what has stopped does not come back.
What the institute genuinely brings. One thing: scalp treatment, which works the state of the skin hair grows out of.
Complement is the right word, and it stays a modest one. This is not a treatment, and you will never read it described as one here.

The medical side
This one is medical. Blood is drawn from you, the platelet-rich plasma is separated out, and that plasma is used on the scalp.
Our physician handles it, exclusively, after a medical consultation separate from the institute's. The file is his, and so are the fees.
No esthetician at the institute goes near a scalp with a needle.

Does a scalp treatment make hair grow back?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who lets you think so. A scalp treatment acts on skin: it clears, it cleans, it hydrates. That is the ground hair grows from, not the hair itself. If your hair is thinning, the treatment can accompany a plan, it does not replace one. The first step is still a medical appointment.
When should I see a physician rather than come here?
The moment it speeds up, the moment patches appear, the moment it itches, reddens or hurts, or simply the moment it starts to bother you. A physician can order blood work, make a diagnosis and prescribe documented treatments. None of that is found in an esthetic institute, and we would rather say so straight away than after three sessions.
Is PRP for hair done by an esthetician?
No. It is a medical procedure, and our physician performs it. His consultation stands apart from the institute's, carrying its own fee and its own file. That separation is not administrative: it is what the Collège des médecins requires when a physician practises in premises that are not his.
My head is shaved. Does this page concern me?
Yes, and probably more than you think. A scalp with no hair is still exposed skin: it produces sebum, it takes sun vertically every day, and it spends its days under a cap or a helmet. It deserves the same treatment as your face, and that is exactly what Keravive does. Sunscreen on it is not optional either.
How many sessions does it take?
Entirely dependent on what you are coming for, and nobody can say before looking at your scalp. For upkeep, an occasional session makes sense and nothing is sold as a series. For a heavily clogged scalp, the first does the bulk of the work and a second finishes it. The question gets settled at the consultation, from what you are seeing and since when.
