Body treatments in Laval
Feeling good in your body, without surgery and without anyone promising you the impossible.

What these treatments are not
This is the most important section on the page, and it comes before the list on purpose.
None of them is a weight-loss method. They do not burn fat, they do not replace movement, and they do not change what you eat. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling.
None of them destroys fat cells permanently. That claim belongs to medical procedures done by a doctor, in another setting and at another price.
What they do work on is real and worth having: circulation, the feeling of heaviness, muscle tone, and the texture and firmness of the skin over an area.
If what you are looking for is weight loss, this is the wrong page, and we will say so in the consultation rather than after three sessions.

Questions people ask
Everything people ask us before a first session, answered plainly.
Which one should I book?
It depends on what bothers you, not on which is most expensive. If it is the feeling of heaviness at the end of the day, pressotherapy answers it directly. If it is the look of the skin on your thighs, wood therapy does. If it is tone, Slimwave. The free body consultation exists to sort this out, and it takes thirty minutes.
How many sessions before I see something?
Most of these work by repetition, and the honest range is a series rather than a single visit. What one session does reliably is change how the area feels: lighter, less tight. What takes longer is anything visible. We will give you a number after seeing the area, and we will tell you if we think the answer is not one of our treatments.
Will it help with cellulite?
It can improve how the skin looks, and it will not remove what causes it. Dimpled skin comes from the structure of the tissue underneath, which no external treatment rebuilds. Wood therapy and lipocavitation both soften the appearance with repetition, and that is a real result, just not the one advertising usually promises.
Do I need to change anything at home?
Drink more water on the day of a session, and move. Both of those help the circulation the treatment has just stimulated. Beyond that, nobody here is going to hand you a diet: it is not our field, and naturopathy is a separate conversation if you want one.

Ready to meet the best version of yourself?
Send us your questions and we will guide you toward the treatments that suit you best.
If you do not, the body consultation is free, takes thirty minutes and settles it. It is not required.
