Massage in a treatment room, warm light

Wellness in Laval

An esthetic concern always exists inside a real life: sleep, stress, the pace of work or habits are part of the context. We can talk about it without claiming to determine the cause.

Comparing them

An insurance receipt is issued for massage therapy. It is the only treatment on the site that comes with one.

Naturopathy does not replace a doctor. It diagnoses nothing, treats no illness and interprets no test result. If what you are living through belongs to medicine, we will tell you to go and see a physician.

Questions people ask

Everything people ask us before a first session, answered plainly.

Will I get an insurance receipt?

For massage therapy, yes, and for lymphatic drainage when it is done as massage therapy. Isabelle is a member of her professional association and issues the receipt in her own name. Reflexology and reiki do not come with one. Whether your insurer reimburses depends on your contract, not on us, and it is worth checking your coverage before you book rather than after.

Which one should I book?

If a specific muscle hurts, massage therapy. If your legs feel heavy or you swell up, drainage. If you want to switch off without deep work on a muscle, reflexology or reiki. If what is going on has more to do with how you live than how you feel today, naturopathy. Call us if none of that fits, and we will point you somewhere.

Can I combine two in one visit?

Yes, and people often do, particularly massage and drainage. Say so when you book so the time is set aside properly. What we will not do is squeeze two treatments into one hour: an hour of each is not the same as thirty minutes of both.

Is any of this medical?

No. Nothing in this category is a medical procedure, nobody here diagnoses anything, and none of it replaces medical follow-up. If what you describe sounds like it needs a doctor, we say so. That happens, and it is part of the job.
