Skin and Body Concerns in Laval

You do not need to know the name of a treatment to know what bothers you. Start from what you see, and we will tell you what answers it.

What brings you here

There are two ways to land on this page, and they do not call for the same reading.

If you already know which treatment you want, the calendar is open and there is nothing more to read. Each treatment page covers the session, the price and the contraindications.

If you are starting from what you see in the mirror, you are in the right place. The seven pages below name a concern, explain why it shows up, and say plainly what answers it and what does not.

This is for you if you recognize yourself here:

  • You cannot name the treatment

You know what bothers you, not what it is called.

  • You have already tried something

A product, a routine, a treatment elsewhere, and the result did not hold.

You want to know before you pay

What is realistic, how long it takes, and what it costs.

How to choose the right approach

One concern often has several answers, and the right one depends on its cause rather than on how it looks.

Two people describing dull skin can need two different treatments, depending on whether the cause is dehydration, a build-up of dead cells or slower cell renewal. The symptom is the same, the treatment is not.

That is the only reason the consultation exists. It turns an impression into information, and it is free.

The skin analysis, free and optional

The Visia device photographs your skin under several lights and shows what a mirror cannot: sun damage stored under the surface, the real state of your pores, areas of inflammation, texture.

We look at the images together, on screen. That is often the moment a client understands why redness keeps returning to the same place.

It takes 20 minutes, it is free, and nothing obliges you to book afterwards. Nothing obliges you to go through it either.

Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask us before a first session, answered plainly.

Where do I start when several things bother me?

With the one that bothers you most, and the consultation handles the rest. Most people arrive with two or three concerns that overlap, and one treatment often reaches several of them at once. A protocol that improves skin texture usually acts on pores and on acne marks too. Order matters as well: some things are better treated once something else is settled, such as active inflammation that needs to calm down before we work on the marks it left. We set that order with you rather than starting everything at once.

Do I have to go through the consultation before booking a treatment?

No. The consultation exists to build a protocol and analyse the skin, and it is not required. If you already know which treatment you want, the calendar is open and you book directly. It is meant for someone who does not know yet, or who has tried several things without a lasting result. It is free either way.

How long before I see something?

It depends entirely on what is being treated. Treatments that work on the surface of the skin show a result right away, and it is maintained. Those that work on the structure, below the surface, take weeks and come in a series: the body needs that time to build collagen, and nothing speeds it up. Each concern page states this for its own treatments, with the number of sessions where it is known.

Are there things that cannot be treated?

Yes, and we say so. A white stretch mark that settled in ten years ago, hair loss whose cause is hormonal and untreated, redness that belongs to a medical diagnosis: these are situations where an esthetic treatment will not change much, and you deserve to hear it before you pay. Every concern page carries a section separating what responds from what does not.

Do the treatments suit every skin tone?

Most do, and a few need adjusting. Laser and some peels are set according to skin phototype, and that is exactly what we check beforehand. The institute's laser, the Cynosure Elite iQ, treats all skin tones after assessment. For brightening protocols, skin tone changes the choice of formula rather than whether it can be done.
